Installation
Find the appropriate xpi file from the downloads section.
In Firefox, click the appropriate extension link above and install and then restart when prompted. That's it! You will not see any differences once the extension has been installed, but this gives the foundations for enabling Python components/extensions to interact with the Mozilla architecture through XPCOM. Mostly this interaction will be done through additional extensions such as the pyshell extension.
